Welcome to Spiritually Fit Yoga! This is a 40 minute Power Vinyasa practice intended for experienced practitioners. My intention of this practice is to lead you in an energizing experience of flow, with hip opening in half-pigeon, and ending in savasana. This class has no background music. You are invited to connect within and focus on your ujjayi breath.
