Welcome to Spiritually Fit Yoga! This is a short and simple yin yoga practice which you can practice on your mattress or your yoga mat. The practice ends with a 5 minute savasana followed by three soft bells. If you are going straight to sleep you might want to just turn off the recording once I leave you in savasana. Enjoy this practice at night or any time of day you want to relax and stretch your hips in sleeping swan (half pigeon).
