The United States State Department is being sued by a pair of conservative media outlets, along with the state of Texas, for what they perceive as illegal censorship. The lawsuit includes outlets like 'The Federalist' and 'The Daily Wire' who say the State Department uses censorship technology to steer traffic away from their news sites redirecting audiences to sites more favorable to opposing views.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is predicting an 'above-normal' hurricane season saying there could be as many as 25 named storms, the most they have ever predicted. NOAA attributes the prediction to a number of factors including warmer than normal ocean temperatures in the Atlantic Ocean and La Nina conditions in the Pacific. The expected heavier than normal hurricane season comes at a time when the director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is warning the agency could be facing a budget shortfall this year.

Evening Edition: Can Benjamin Netanyahu Stay In Power?

Israel is facing further scrutiny after an airstrike in Rafah resulted in the deaths of over forty civilians. The IDF has disputed that the deaths were caused directly by the strike, suggesting nearby stored munitions are to blame. Countries across the globe have condemned the military operation, with three EU countries voting to recognize an independent Palestinian state. FOX News Foreign Correspondent Trey Yingst joins the Rundown to discuss the United States' response to the strike in Rafah, the recent structural failure of the $320 million humanitarian aid pier built off the Gazan coast, and where he sees the conflict going over the coming months.
A recent study from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shows that almost one in nine children is diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (commonly referred to as ADHD).
