The Fascinating Life of Kimbal Musk

Strap on your favorite cowboy hat and prepare for an incredible ride with today's guest, Kimbal Musk.  This South African restaurateur, chef and tech entrepreneur has a long list of accomplishments:  He's the owner of The Kitchen Restaurant Group, the co-founder and chairman of Square Roots, an urban farming company and of Big Green, a non-profit that has built hundreds of outdoor classrooms in schoolyards across America.  He also happens to sit on the board of Tesla and SpaceX, where his brother Elon Musk is the CEO.

Kimbal opens up about partnering with Elon during the early startup days, their wild successes and how he deals with failure.  He talks about how his passion for food started with a simple roast chicken and as Kimbal prepares to celebrate the 20th anniversary of his restaurant he proudly talks about his new cookbook, The Kitchen Cookbook: Cooking For Your Community, which showcases accessible recipes for the home chef in all of us!
