We review the latest Spiderman flick with the Miles Morales and Gwen Stacy tale in Across the SpiderVerse in all its glorious, animated forms. Fun times are had in the film even if it does have that drawn out part 1 and 2 vibe going on but overall, a very enjoyable story, filled with grand action, and animation almost a little too creative.

We are talking all about the latest X-Men cartoon up on Disney Plus. X-Men '97, a continuation of the 1992 animated series of what I would call the greatest generation of all time for animated series. Batman, Spider-man, Dragon Ball Z, Swat Kats, The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest, Ranma 1/2, Sailor Moon, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Pirates of Dark Water, The Simpsons, and X-Men just to name a few of the glorious shows from that early 90s era. Stories and animation were firing on all cylinders, making programing that appealed to a large audience beyond just kids. X-Men 1992 was such a huge deal to me as a kid, as it has been throughout my entire life. So, going into this new version is always going to be an interesting ride. All in all, they do a pretty good job here. With only a little bit of cluster in the certain section of the episodes. Mainly just jamming in too much but never anything that would be considered poor quality. This could be the new era turn around for the Marvel Disney world. Here's hoping X-Men is what gets the groove back in business.
