Hugh Hefner and the Playboy Mansion are pop culture icons... but is it all a lie?  Today's guest, Crystal Hefner sets the record straight on her life with the man behind the silk pajamas as she releases her memoir "Only Say Good Things: Surviving Playboy and Finding Myself."

When she was 21 years old, then Crystal Harris, submitted her photo to attend a Halloween party at the Mansion and got the invite that would change her life forever.  Up until then, she had studied psychology at San Diego State and  done some modeling, but soon after meeting Hef she was whisked off into the "girlfriend" life of glamorous parties, reality TV and fame. A self proclaimed introvert, Crystal, had lost her dad an early age and had a string of bad relationships that made her new life seem fun and exciting at first, but it had a dark side.  She quickly became Hef's #1 Girlfriend and with a marriage proposal, that wasn't much of a proposal at all, Crystal lost her identity and felt trapped in a life out of her control.
