Brandon Schlautman is a scientist at “The Land Institute”, a Kentucky-based nonprofit dedicated to finding new sustainable solutions for growing the food we eat. He has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Nebraska Wesleyan University a PhD in Plant Breeding and Plant Genetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
